*Jeff’s goal is to help guide people into bettering their lives. A graduate of Northwestern College and Wisconsin Lutheran Seminary, he served 11 years as a Minister of the Gospel with a Master of Divinity Degree. After serving 3 parishes moving from mission setting to large congregation, he gained invaluable experience in areas such as teaching, leading and mentoring people in their diverse life experiences. He took his passion for helping others into the financial services field in 2007 as an agent appointed with the insurance companies of OneAmerica®. There he reached the level of Leaders Club in his second year in the industry.
Jeff is an Investment Advisor Representative (IAR) holding FINRA series 6, 63 and 65 securities registrations. With his wife Becky, he founded True North Financial Partners in 2012. His focus is on economics-based planning designed to help create maximum retirement income with guarantees, liquidity and legacy. In 2018, Jeff achieved the Retirement Income Certified Professional (RICP®) designation. He espouses a “Begin with the end in mind” philosophy to all financial planning issues. What that means, simply put, is we begin with your desired retirement in mind and build back in the steps you need to achieve your own objectives.

When not working Jeff and Becky enjoy visiting the brew pubs and tasting rooms of local craft brewers. Jeff is also dedicated to physical fitness through weightlifting and running. He enjoys recreational sports such as golf and hunting. He is active in his church in DePere, WI. Jeff has been married to Becky (not just his better half but his awesome half) for 20+ years, and they are blessed with two daughters forging young careers in the rehabilitative and psychology fields.
